If your time resets every time you restart the car, it is because you are changing the time in the general software settings rather than the core Android system settings.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the Correct Time Settings

Go to your main menu and open Settings (scroll to the very bottom where you will see System Settings).

Tap on Time and then select Time/Time Zone to open the Android system menu.
2. Update Your Region

Tap on Time Zone at the top of the list.

Change the Region from the default (often set to “Antarctica”) to your actual country (e.g., United States, Canada).
3. Select Your Local Time Zone

Once the region is set, select your specific local time zone from the list.

Your clock will now update to the correct time.
4. Save and Reboot (Crucial Step)

Return to the main Settings menu.

Tap on the System tab at the top.

Tap the Save & Reboot icon (located directly below the word "System").

Confirm by tapping Reboot now to permanently save your changes.
