SIM Card Installation & Setup Guide
1. Confirm SIM Card Requirements

Use a 4G LTE SIM card or a 4G/5G data plan.

The SIM must support 4G (a 5G-only plan will not work).
2. Locate the SIM Card Slot

Find the SIM card slot on the screen’s external module or rear harness (location depends on model).

If the unit includes a SIM tray, gently remove it.
3. Insert the SIM Card

Insert the SIM card in the correct orientation (match the notch).

Ensure the SIM sits flat and is fully seated.

Reinsert the SIM tray securely if applicable.
4. Power the System Back On

Start the vehicle or turn the ignition to ACC/ON.

Allow the screen to fully boot (this may take 30–60 seconds).
5. Verify Internet Connection

Open an app that requires internet (e.g., Play Store, Maps, YouTube).

Confirm pages load properly.

If no connection appears, restart the screen once.
6. Troubleshooting (If Needed)

Recheck SIM orientation and seating.

Confirm the SIM plan is active and supports 4G data.

Perform a soft reset of the screen if data does not connect.

Test the SIM in another device to confirm it is working.
