International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

3. Shipping Carriers
Workshop 12 uses reputable carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size or weight of the package. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a return, except where required by law.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs (International Orders)
For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Workshop 12 is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or refused shipments due to customs. Any costs incurred due to unpaid duties or refused packages will be charged to the purchaser.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Workshop 12 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an invalid address, the order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
