How to Access Brake Service Mode

Note: As mentioned in the video, depending on the specific theme or software version your unit is running, the initial home screen icons might look slightly different.

1. Open the App Menu. Start by tapping the Four Squares icon (usually in the corner or dock) to open the full app drawer. You need to reach the screen that displays all your installed applications.

2. Select “Car Info” Look through your apps to find the icon labeled “Car Info.” It is typically a blue icon with a white car silhouette. Tap it to open the vehicle settings.

3. Navigate to “General Settings.” Once the settings menu opens, look at the sidebar on the left. Ensure you are on the General Settings tab.

4. Select “Driving AIDS” In the “General Settings” list, tap on the option labeled Driving AIDS. This will populate the right side of the screen with a new list of options.

5. Scroll Down to Find the Setting On the right side of the screen (the Driving AIDS menu), scroll down until you see Brake service mode.

6. Adjust the setting. Tap on brake service mode. A small menu will appear asking you to confirm the action. Select Yes (or No) depending on whether you want to enable or disable the mode.
