Mic gain adjustment
This setting helps improve microphone sound quality if others say you sound too quiet, too loud, or if there is excessive background noise.

Go to the Car Settings menu.

Open Factory Settings and enter the code 1617.

Scroll down and select Customized Settings which would be on the right side.

On the left side of the screen, find and select Mic Gain.

Adjust the mic gain value as needed:

Increase the number if your voice sounds too quiet.

Decrease the number if your voice is too loud or if there is too much road noise.

- Tap Save and Reboot so the new mic gain setting takes effect. (If its GT6 software)
