VEHICLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Some items used and/or installed by Workshop 12 may void portions of your vehicle’s factory warranty. Some items may not be legal for “on-highway use.” Workshop 12 makes no guarantees to the legality of any parts used for on-highway vehicles and accepts no responsibility for compliance with the vehicle’s factory warranty.
RETURN POLICY
Workshop 12 Inc stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 12% restocking fee.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees or refusal of return.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- To start a return, you must contact Workshop 12 Support for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your product back.
- Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
Returns After 30 Days:
From 31 to 60 days after delivery, Workshop 12 will allow product returns on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns during this timeframe will be subject to the 12% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted later than 60 days after delivery.
NON-WORKSHOP 12 PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products sold by Workshop 12 but not manufactured by Workshop 12 are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Workshop 12 can help coordinate returns, exchanges, or warranty claims per the terms of that manufacturer’s policies.
In rare cases, Workshop 12 may accept returns of non-Workshop 12 branded products on a case-by-case basis. If accepted, a 12% restocking fee will apply.
WORKSHOP 12 LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Workshop 12 Inc warrants to the original retail purchaser that all components manufactured by Workshop 12, or sold under the Workshop 12 brand, and purchased directly from Workshop 12 or from an Authorized Workshop 12 dealer, are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
⚠️ Warranty Validity:
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only as long as the product or component is still being manufactured. Once a product or component is no longer manufactured, the Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact Workshop 12 for further assistance, available options, or potential discounts on newer versions.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
- Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser.
- Products must be used as originally designed.
- Warranty is void if products are used in racing, off-road applications, or show evidence of:
- Abuse, improper installation, neglect, misapplication, alteration, or lack of maintenance.
- Workshop 12 is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including labor or shipping costs, due to product failure.
- All implied warranties are limited to the express terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
- Contact Workshop 12 at info@workshoptwelve.com with your order or invoice number.
- A Workshop 12 representative will determine if the product must be returned for inspection.
- If required, the customer must ship the product back to Workshop 12 with the original sales receipt and a detailed description of the issue.
- Workshop 12 will inspect and confirm the warranty status.
Exchange & Repair Options (Case by Case):
Depending on the issue and circumstances, Workshop 12 may provide you with one of the following two options. The choice of option is at the discretion of Workshop 12 and handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Option 1: Quick Exchange with Refundable Deposit
- A refundable $500 deposit is required upfront.
- We’ll ship you a replacement unit (without wiring) right away.
- A prepaid return label will be included in the box. Once we receive your defective unit, we’ll refund the deposit minus the actual shipping fees.
- Option 2: Repair/Exchange Without Deposit
- We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once we receive your unit, we’ll repair or exchange it and prepare it for shipment back to you.
- Before we send the repaired/replacement unit back, we’ll issue an invoice for the shipping fees, which must be paid before we can ship the unit.
SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Please inspect all shipments upon delivery in the presence of the delivery driver.
- Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier within 3 business days of delivery.
- Workshop 12 is not responsible for damages incurred in transit.
- If you receive an incorrect item due to our error:
- We will issue a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse standard ground shipping.
- Correct components will be reshipped at no additional cost.
- Incorrect item claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. No claims will be honored after this timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TAXES
Workshop 12 is happy to fulfill international orders. However, please note:
- International orders are subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or brokerage fees imposed by carriers, the Canadian government, or your local authorities.
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Workshop 12 will not pay, refund, or compensate for these charges.
- Any costs incurred by Workshop 12 due to unpaid fees or refused packages will be charged to the purchaser.
