Some items used and/or installed by Workshop 12 may void portions of your vehicle’s factory warranty. Some items may not be legal for “on highway use”. Workshop 12 makes no guarantees to the legality of any parts used for “on highway vehicles” and accepts no responsibility for compliance with the vehicle’s factory warranty.


Workshop 12 is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations! Therefore we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Workshop 12 branded products. If you purchased your Workshop 12 branded product directly from Workshop 12, we back it up with a 30-Day Money Back guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the performance of your Workshop 12 product, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only offered on products purchased directly from Workshop 12 facilities. Product install, uninstall and return shipping or refused delivery expenses are not included in the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

From 31 to 60 days after purchase Workshop 12 will allow product returns of Workshop 12 branded products on a case-by-case basis. Returns during this time frame may be subject to a restocking fee of $50. No returns will be permitted later than 60 days from the date that the item is delivered. Products sold by Workshop 12 but not manufactured by Workshop 12 are covered only by the warranty of the manufacturer. Workshop 12 can help coordinate returns, exchanges, or warranty claims of these products per the terms of that manufacturer’s policies. Workshop 12 may accept returns of non-Workshop 12 branded products on a case-by-case basis. In these rare cases, a restocking fee may apply, at the discretion of Workshop 12.


Workshop 12 Inc warrants to the original retail purchaser that all components manufactured by Workshop 12, or sold under the Workshop 12 brand, and purchased directly from Workshop 12 or from an Authorized Workshop 12 dealer hold a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship (“Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the component. This Limited Warranty is intended to cover components only when they are used in the manner for which they were originally designed. This Limited Warranty is void on all products found to have been used in racing or off-road applications, of any nature whatsoever, and on all products that show evidence of abuse, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, misapplications, alteration in any way whatsoever from their original design or negligence in the use of Workshop 12 products. Workshop 12 accepts no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs or grievances incurred by failure of a Workshop 12 component, including but not limited to labor and shipping costs. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 12-month warranty period and shall be limited to the express terms and provisions of this Limited Warranty.


In the event a problem occurs with a Workshop 12 component, please contact Workshop 12 at When speaking to a customer representative, you will need to have your invoice/order number on hand. The following steps will then be followed: 1. Workshop 12 representative will determine if product will have to be returned to Workshop 12 for inspection. 2. The retailer or the customer will ship the component in question back to Workshop 12, including the original sales receipt and a clear description of the exact problem experienced. It is the responsibility of the retailer or the customer to pay for shipping back to Workshop 12. 3. If Workshop 12 finds the component to be defective and within the warranty period, Workshop 12 will repair, replace, or issue credit to the customer at Workshop 12's option. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the retailer or customer, freight prepaid via ground or by truck. Please note that no replacement warranty parts can be shipped until original parts are returned to Workshop 12 for inspection.


When receiving a shipment, please inspect packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier within 3 (three) days of receiving items. Workshop 12 is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a shipping call tag at no charge or have you ship via ground to Workshop 12 and we will reimburse the shipping charges. Correct components will be reshipped via ground and you will be only charged for the parts. When incorrect parts are received, we will issue a credit. You have 7 days from date of receiving shipment to make a claim. No claims made after this time frame will be honored.


Workshop 12 is happy to take your international order. Please note that an international order is subject to duties, taxes, and/or tariffs as levied by either the shipper, the Candadian government, or your own governing bodies. Workshop 12 will not pay, refund, or compensate for these charges. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any cost incurred by Workshop 12 due to unpaid fees or refused packages will be charged to the purchaser.
